Know our Rights and Responsibilities and the Needs and Challenges of Health Care Delivery in St Kitts and Nevis!

In this information age, there is no excuse for us not to know our rights and responsibilities and an accurate appraisal of the challenges we face during the performance of our services to our patients.  Over the coming days to weeks, we will be uploading documents of relevance to our SKNMDA so that when situations arise, we can rise to the occasion and discern for ourselves if we are not living up to our obligations and responsibilites to each other or our patients, or if our rights and that of our patients are being trampled on by the powers that be.  Just like we believe in preventative medicine, there is a role for preventable legal empowerment with knowledge.

If you have access to other public documents that you think we need to share among ourselves, please do not hesitate to pass this information on to the Executive of the Association for posting.
